Rental Charges The Cottage is for 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
A £100/$180 security deposit is required, this will be refunded to your Credit Card after you leave providing the Cottage has been left in a clean and habitable condition and there are no breakages.
Letting can be paid in £ Sterling, Euros, or US $ equivalent If the Cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then £30 will be deducted from the security deposit to cover costs. * Please note for November, December, January and February a charge of £ 20.00 per week for heating is added to the rental charges. *Please note Christmas and New Year weeks are at £ 365.00 inclusive of Heating Charges, Easter week is at £ 295.00.
