Rental Charges The Cottage is for 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
A £100 security deposit is required, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing the Cottage has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages. If the Cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then £30 will be deducted from the security deposit to cover costs. *Please note Christmas and New Year weeks are not available for rental, Easter week is at £ 280.00.
